Shipping and returns

Your shipment policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via PostPac Economy with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the shipment total weight.

We advise you to group your items in one order.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

PostPac Economy: delivered into 2 or 3 days

PostPac Economy is a regular shipment service so you will receive your package into 2 or 3 working days (Monday to Friday) following the filing.
 

PostPac Priority: delivered tomorrow. 

Priority PostPac is a faster shipment service, so you will receive your package the day following the filing on regular working days (Monday to Friday).

 

Returns policy

 

Please note Soproshop.ch accept return package upon request.


Returns conditions :
Once you had the customer service return approval, you have to return your package within 7 days after the delivery. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
You may return your package in the original packaging within 7 days of the receipt date and we will refund your money or send you a replacement within 5 days after the goods receipt and control.


The merchandise must be in its original packaging with their instructions, and all accessories and a copy of the invoice.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used. All items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the consumer won't be reimbursed or replaced.


To return item under warranty: You must notify our customer service and return the item after approval. Shipping charges are the  client responsibility. Your item will be repaired or exchanged. We will notify you by email.


Order incomplete or damaged products
 

Thank you to let us know immediately if your package is incomplete or if a product is damaged.  If the product is damaged or has become broken in transit please call our customer services.
